This is a high-impact, execution-driven role that requires both creativity and strong technical capability.This role is designed for someone who has experience working in multi-brand environments, either agency-side or in-house across multiple verticals such as hospitality, retail, events, and B2B.You will not only execute campaigns but also contribute to ideation, content direction, and performance improvement across all assigned brands.Experience & BackgroundA minimum of 3–5 years of experience in social media, digital media, or performance marketing roles is required.Candidates must demonstrate prior experience handling multiple brands simultaneously, ideally in an agency or multi-portfolio environment.Experience managing both organic and paid campaigns is essential, along with exposure to email marketing execution.A portfolio or examples of previous campaigns, content, or accounts managed will be required.Core ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for managing organic social media across multiple brands, ensuring consistency in posting, tone, and engagement.You will conceptualize and develop content ideas based on trends, campaign goals, and audience behavior.You will execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, testing, optimization, and reporting.You will manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and announcements.You will coordinate closely with the production and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaignsCreativity & Ideation ExpectationsYou are expected to actively research trends across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn and translate them into actionable content ideas.You must be able to conceptualize not just individual posts but full campaign directions.You should bring fresh, non-generic ideas on a consistent basis and push the quality of content across brands.Understanding hooks, storytelling formats, and content structures is critical.Tools & Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager is required.Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo is required.Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite is expected.Strong copywriting skills for social and email content are required.AI & Modern ToolsFamiliarity with AI tools such as Claude, Perplexity, and ChatGPT is expected.Experience using Canva and AI-assisted content tools is considered an asset.Understanding how to leverage AI for ideation, efficiency, and optimization will be beneficial in this role.What Success Looks LikeYou consistently deliver creative, engaging content across multiple brands.You are able to manage and execute campaigns efficiently without constant supervision.You contribute meaningfully to campaign ideation and creative direction.You help improve engagement, reach, and overall digital performance across brands.
