As a VMware (NSX) System Administrator, you carry out specialized activities related to installation, configuration and software and hardware upgrades. You provide specialized technical support for equipment that requires specific expertise. You recommend the appropriate solutions or fixes or escalate requests or incidents to others, as needed. You share ideas. You help solve problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of your line of business. You draw on your ability to manage complexity. You interact with partners working in other technology fields. More specifically, you’ll be joining a team of specialists responsible for Desjardins Group’s VMware vSphere environments. You ensure that incidents are handled. You monitor environments to maintain stability, identify potential optimizations and contribute to various projects as an expert.
