Senior Windows Systems Administrator-Disaster Recovery & Zerto Replication

• In-depth understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, ESXi, Hyper-V) and integration best practices
• Experience in planning and executing large scale DR exercises (failover/failback)
• Expertise with Zerto Virtual Replication — installation, configuration, administration, replication mechanics, journaling, DR testing
• Solid scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, REST API, Python, Ansible)
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation abilities
• Design, Build, Configure, Deploy and System Administration of Windows Server 2012,2016,2019,2022 operating systems
• Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with Microsoft server technologies and VMware Management
• Good Knowledge on Windows Server Failover Cluster
• Strong windows troubleshooting skills the issues related to Operating System, performance etc
• Patch Management of the Windows VMs
• Monitoring server performance, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing server configuration for efficiency
• Configuring, managing, and maintaining AD services, including user accounts, group policies and security settings
