- Lead incident response planning and cyber risk assessments, ensuring organizational readiness.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure and applications to support business and operational excellence.
- Lead IT service delivery and support functions to ensure consistent, high-quality technology services.
- Oversee system performance, uptime, and user satisfaction through best-in-class operational practices.
- Provide strong, visible leadership to a multidisciplinary technology team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment between technology strategy and business needs.
- Actively contribute to strategic planning and enterprise leadership forums, representing the digital function with vision and credibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Advanced credentials such as an MBA, PMP, TOGAF, or industry-specific certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are considered strong assets.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in digital technology, information systems, or operational technology within a manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environment - including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving enterprise-level digital transformation.
- Strong applied knowledge of business systems, enterprise architecture, and technology strategy.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-year digital modernization programs that have delivered measurable business value, operational efficiency, and technology innovation in regulated or mission-critical settings.
- Experienced in project management methodologies (PMLC), systems development life cycles (SDLC), and compliance within regulated industries.
- Solid understanding of IT/OT integration, cloud platforms, cybersecurity practices, and digital workplace technologies.
- Recognized people leader with a record of building, developing, and inspiring high-performance teams; adept at leading through influence, fostering innovation, and driving cultural change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage credibly at all levels — from technical teams to executive leadership and government/defence partners.
