Full time, Permanent - Mon to Fri - 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per week.WAGES:

- Exceptional written, verbal, and computer skills
- Technical knowledge of auto body collision and mechanical repairs is considered an asset
- Applicant must be organized, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, working independently, and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely strong customer service and phone skills required
- Must be reliable and show initiative
- Must have valid Canadian driver’s license
- Professional personal presentation
- Thorough knowledge of Mitchell and Audatex electronic imaging/estimating systems is considered a strong asset but not necessary.
- Previous automotive appraiser experience is not necessary but considered a strong asset. Additional training will be provided.
- Inspecting vehicles for collision damage and determining repair needs.
- Creating detailed appraisals with accurate repair cost estimates.
- Reviewing repair invoices and ensuring they align with estimates.
- Submitting supplement requests to insurance companies for approval, including photos, service invoices, parts invoices, and supplement estimates.
- Communicating with technicians throughout the repair process.
- Negotiating and maintaining good working relationships with insurance companies and adjusters.
- Staying updated on industry trends and guidelines.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of assessments and estimates.
