- Manage SYSTRA Group GTMS timesheet system, including user support, training, system development, and configuration.
- Review timesheets weekly for timely completion, data compliance, and correct application of project guidelines.
- Consolidate DJV timesheets twice a month for invoicing and PowerBI reporting.
- Coordinate monthly invoice preparation across all SYSTRA Group entities, verifying hours, expenses, and supporting documents for contractual compliance.
- Monitor intercompany invoicing, payments, withholding tax, and related KPIs/PowerBI reports.
- Manage and revise yearly intercompany contracts using the Interco platform.
- Support monthly DJV project invoice preparation and assist SYSTRA Canada Finance with contract management in ERP (SPOT), reviews, forecasts, and budget updates.
- Develop and implement standardized reports and templates to enhance project cost control.
Years of experience : 3 to 5 years of professional experience in cost analysis and control for construction projects (experience in rail and public transit projects is preferred).
Technical competencies :
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the transportation sector is an asset.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, both in French and in English*
