Aplin is proud to partner with a Canadian engineering firm in the search for a Municipal Division Manager for their Edmonton office. The organization offers comprehensive services across surveying, mapping, planning, landscape architecture, and environmental disciplines.Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team while fostering a strong, collaborative culture
Oversee municipal and land development projects from proposal through to completion
Manage project delivery including technical, financial, and operational aspects
Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts
Oversee division operations including staffing, workload, budgets, and performance
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
P.Eng. designation (or eligibility)
15+ years of experience in municipal engineering
Strong knowledge of municipal servicing and local standards (Edmonton area)
Proven experience managing projects and leading teams
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
