- Foster communication, collaboration and coordination across the organization.
- Ensure effective goal setting and alignment across the organization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
- Help lead the execution of initiatives and ensure on-time on-budget accountability.
- Develop briefing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor processes for efficiency and find valuable synergies.
- Conduct research to support business decision-making.
- Represent the organization and/or President in various forums.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the President and assist in setting the President’s agenda.
- Act as the right hand to the CEO, managing daily operations and coordinating executive priorities.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of company objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators across departments and recommend improvements.
- Streamline and optimize internal processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Help develop and execute short and long-term business plans.
- Coordinate and track progress on projects, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Help identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Help manage teams of department heads, providing guidance and leadership.
- Help with recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals and performance metrics.
- Help develop internal talent and build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Facilitate and enhance internal communication between the leadership team, staff, and departments.
- Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including partners and clients.
- Prepare and present regular business reports to the President.
- Represent and or assist the President in high-level meetings, industry events, and when engaging with key partners.
- Assist the Finance Department in establishing and overseeing budgets, ensuring financial discipline, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Support the development of financial forecasts and strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Evaluate new technologies, media tools, and software that could enhance productivity and reach.
- Lead initiatives around digital transformation and innovation, especially in areas like media production, distribution, and audience engagement.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in the media and technology sectors to keep the company competitive.
- Lead change initiatives across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions during shifts in strategy or operations.
- Facilitate cultural changes in alignment with the company's evolving goals and values.
- Support the scaling process as the company grows, ensuring that systems, processes, and people evolve appropriately.
- Identify risks and ensure that appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations in the media and broadcasting sectors.
- Develop crisis management plans and act as a key decision-maker during challenging situations.
- 5-10 years of work experience, ideally in the media industry in a finance, operational or commercial role.
- Degree in Business Administration or related fields, with strong financial skills and business knowledge.
- Strong planning and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communicator, consensus builder, negotiator, and presenter.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Flexibility for travel and varied work hours.
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish and Italian is strongly preferred.
