Are you a driven construction professional who thrives on leading projects from the front lines? Do you take pride in delivering high-quality institutional and commercial builds while fostering a safe, collaborative site environment?This is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role with a well-established General Contractor that continues to build momentum across Northern Ontario.As the successful candidate, you will take ownership of ICI projects ranging from $5M-$15M+, including both interior fit-outs and ground-up builds. You'll be empowered to lead site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. This is an active opportunity with recent project awards.About You

A motivated, results-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed
Proven experience working with a General Contractor on comparable ICI projects
Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-first approach
A passion for health & safety and maintaining best practices on site
Experience across institutional and commercial builds, including interiors and new construction
Flexibility and openness to travel across Ontario
