
Territory Manager (On-Premise)

- Maximize sales across trade channels by executing promotions, merchandising, and distribution strategies.
- Manage territory expenses within budget and adhere to company travel and entertainment policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry contacts to drive business development.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and act on new opportunities.
- Participate actively in team meetings and share relevant sales insights to support business goals.
- Ensure proper use and security of company-issued equipment and materials.
- Post-secondary education (diploma/degree) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of strong on-premise experience
- Key account management experience considered an asset
- Proven sales success in the wine and spirits industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with strengths in communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours
- Willingness to travel as required
