Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist - Permanent

• Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies
• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer preparation
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Coordinating onboarding activities including background checks, documentation, and first-day logistics
• Supporting new hire orientation planning and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes
• Supporting recruitment reporting, metrics tracking, and analytics
• Ensuring recruitment practices align with employment legislation and inclusive hiring standards

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably within financial or professional services
• Strong understanding of employment legislation, recruitment best practices, and inclusive hiring principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and job boards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-service mindset
• Experience coordinating onboarding or new hire orientation processes
• Knowledge of financial services talent profiles (e.g., advisory, risk, compliance) is considered an asset
• Bilingualism in English and French is required
• Experience supporting recruitment within a Crown corporation, public sector, or similarly regulated environment is considered a strong asset
