Kicking Horse Ford is nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains and offers more than just a job - you'll work for a small family-owned dealership where your skills will be valued, and your weekends are filled with the mountain lifestyle instead of stress. Skilled Journeyman Technicians will have the opportunity to earn up to $45 per productivity hour, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate has their Journeyman License, with bonus points given to those who have Ford experience.We understand making a move can be difficult, this is how we will make the move as simple as possible:
  • We provide an extensive SIGNING BONUS / RELOCATION ASSISTANCE! This may include assistance in getting your toolbox relocated
  • We will honour previously planned vacation.
  • We have a program in place to help you learn our shop processes and systems so you can get up to speed as quickly as possible!
