This role offers remote work flexibility from anywhere in Canada, with 8-10 weeks of travel to Nunavut annually. The Senior Manager, Assurance & Advisory is responsible for managing case files, providing deliverables to the Partners, and enhancing client service.What’s In It For You?

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Assuming full accountability for managing case files
  • Overseeing workflows independently to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
  • Providing Partners with complete, well-prepared work in a timely manner
  • Engaging in a stimulating, collaborative setting with top professionals in technical fields
  • Expanding technical knowledge and insights into clients’ businesses
  • Actively seeking ways to improve client service and value
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in public accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Account (CA) designation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, analytical skills and ability to problem solve
  • Ability to establish and maintain client relations and lead teams
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office, CaseWare and tax return software
Complimentary Experience:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional client service at a professional level.
  • Experience with clients in the non-profit sector
