- Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in public accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Account (CA) designation.
- Exceptional communication skills, analytical skills and ability to problem solve
- Ability to establish and maintain client relations and lead teams
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office, CaseWare and tax return software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional client service at a professional level.
- Experience with clients in the non-profit sector
