- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports with precision.
- Develop and implement improved controls and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory compliance standards.
- Conduct month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage general ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to streamline accounting processes and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations to support effective cash flow management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
- Solid understanding of general ledger management and journal entry preparation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience managing month-end close processes with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address accounting discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Knowledge of financial compliance standards and best practices.
