- Define and lead the quality strategy for major projects and corporate operations
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (ISO standards, internal processes, audits)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and normative requirements across all projects
- Lead internal and external audits and oversee corrective and preventive action plans
- Act as a quality subject-matter expert for senior leadership, project teams, and external stakeholders
- Promote a strong quality culture focused on prevention, performance, and continuous improvement
- Lead, mentor, and mobilize multidisciplinary quality teams
- Monitor quality performance indicators and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in quality management within complex environments (construction, infrastructure, engineering, major projects)
- Proven experience developing and managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and related standards)
- Experience working on large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Recognized leadership, strong influence, and credibility with executive-level stakeholders
- Full professional proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
