We're proud of our work helping to expand and improve Canada's infrastructure and transportation networks, and we're ready to build the future of our country.This role requires full-time on-site presence in the City of Quebec to ensure optimal project execution.What You'll Do Here:
  • Define and lead the quality strategy for major projects and corporate operations
  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (ISO standards, internal processes, audits)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and normative requirements across all projects
  • Lead internal and external audits and oversee corrective and preventive action plans
  • Act as a quality subject-matter expert for senior leadership, project teams, and external stakeholders
  • Promote a strong quality culture focused on prevention, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Lead, mentor, and mobilize multidisciplinary quality teams
  • Monitor quality performance indicators and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in quality management within complex environments (construction, infrastructure, engineering, major projects)
  • Proven experience developing and managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and related standards)
  • Experience working on large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Recognized leadership, strong influence, and credibility with executive-level stakeholders
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
