Highly experienced in backend software development, building and maintaining scalable, fault-tolerant SaaS products
Interested in or have experience in building AI-powered features and products, with a strong interest in applying AI to improve developer workflows and platform capabilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Design and develop new internal and client-facing systems and features to support the automated delivery of Clir’s renewable energy intelligence
Build and integrate AI-powered features and tools that enhance the productivity and experience for Clir’s customers
Maintain and improve the performance of existing analytics features
Collaborate with product management and team leadership to scope and size upcoming projects

What You’ll Need

Interested in or have experience building AI-powered features and products, including integrating LLMs, ML models, or intelligent automation into production systems
Experience building and maintaining scalable, fault-tolerant SaaS products
Strong backend development skills with familiarity across the full stack
Familiarity with effective agile and software development practices
4+ years of software development experience

Bonus

Experience with any of: Python, Go, React, MySQL, Airflow, SCADA systems
Experience working in a startup environment
Ability to write internal technical documentation
Experience working closely with product managers
