- Helping users complete and understand the Travel & Expense processes in Ivalua
- Educate users on the best practices.
- Monitor system performance/Report any system malfunctions to Level 2 support
- Assist Category Managers (Buyers) in preparing Sourcing events and eAuctions. Create, customize and maintain eSourcing training material for participating suppliers.
- Provide support to the Category Managers for the Ivalua Contract module (contract management tool).
- Create and maintain training material, support and quick-reference documents in reference to the Ivalua application, for employees of Bell Canada and its affiliates when required.
- Participate in testing new system implementations
- Lead Change Management activities.
- 2+ years experience in Information System support.
- University diploma in Computer Science or in Business Administration.
- Expertise in data manipulation, sorting and analysis tools (Access, Excel etc.).
- Highly developed communication, presentation, reporting and writing skills, with minimal guidance.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize while working independently.
- Ability to prepare and modify clear and concise reports.
- English required: Production of documents in English.
- Ivalua experience, an asset.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
