Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Senior Office Administrator on behalf of our client. You will be a key on-site presence, responsible for keeping daily office operations running smoothly while providing administrative support to senior leaders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in the office, thrives in a professional and conservative environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-organized workplace. This role is primarily office-focused, with approximately 75% office administration and coordination and 25% executive administrative support.Pay Rate: $30 - 35 an hour (based on experience)Location: Richmond Hill, ONShift: 8:30am - 5:00pmJob type: Temporary | Full-timeVacancy Status: This posting is for a future vacancy.Responsibilities:Office & Front Desk OperationsManage front desk and reception duties, greeting visitors and staff in a friendly, professional, and welcoming mannerServe as the on-site point of contact for all office-related inquiriesMaintain a professional and organized office environment at all timesOrder and manage general office supplies, snacks, and kitchen inventoryTroubleshoot basic office equipment issues, including printersEnsure consistent on-site presence, including Fridays, even during periods of lighter office attendanceAdministrative & Leadership Support (Approx. 25%)Provide administrative support to two senior leaders located in Ontario and AlbertaManage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports with discretion and accuracyCoordinate scheduling and meeting logistics in collaboration with the COO and the CFO's Executive AssistantPrepare, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations and other documents as requiredMeetings & Event CoordinationCoordinate monthly all-staff meetings, including:Room setupSupplies preparationCoffee, snacks, and materials readinessOrganize and support office events, meetings, and internal gatheringsAssist with planning and logistics related to office initiativesCommunication & Culture SupportServe as a friendly and approachable presence for staffSupport a culture of professionalism while being personable and helpfulMaintain a “how can I help” mindset-finding the right contact or solution when neededQualifications and Skills:Proven experience in an office administration, senior administrative, or similar roleStrong organizational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detailAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with Deltek and/or Oracle is considered an assetComfortable providing administrative support to senior leaders with professionalism and confidentialityExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSolution-oriented, approachable, and adaptable mindsetPersonable, friendly, and professional demeanorProactive and service-driven approach to workComfortable working independently in a quiet, focused office environmentReliable and consistent on-site presenceCalm, flexible, and resourceful when priorities shiftMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaHere's why you should apply:Paid weekly accurate and on timeStrong health and safety programsMedical and dental benefits once qualifiedFree training programsNew and quicker onboarding processAre you interested in this position?
