Our client, a dynamic service-oriented organization, is seeking a Service Writer to join their team. As a Service Writer, you will be part of the customer service department supporting the service operations team.   • Assist customers with warranty claims and service inquiries.
  • Document service requests and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests.
  • Support the team in achieving service goals and maintaining high standards of customer care.
