  • Assist customers in selecting automotive parts while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers (retail and shop)
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, provide pricing, and respond to inquiries
  • Process parts orders from technicians, retail customers, telephone inquiries, and wholesale accounts
  • Receive and process payments from retail customers
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and in accordance with dealership guidelines
  • Perform duties requiring the ability to up to 50lbs
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
  • Strong customer service and relationship building abilities
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage and resolve difficult customer situations
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to follow established procedures and policies
  • Excellent time management skills and multitasking abilities
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs
  • Basic computer proficiency
