You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.You'll play a central role in reducing the carbon footprint of Canada's busiest public transit system by contributing to the transformation of the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas' (GTHA) collective mobility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, engineering, commissioning), support the implementation of integrated radio and TCP/IP networks, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of designing and deploying radio solutions, but also validating and maintaining these systems.We’ll look to you for:Designing and deploying networks and virtual solutions based on system requirementsDeveloping and executing testing, verification, and validation proceduresDocumenting and maintaining system specifications and interface control documentsConducting propagation analysis to ensure coverage and capacity objectives are metPerforming site and vehicle surveys for radio equipment installationsTroubleshooting radio systems and performing system performance improvementsParticipating in radio and network design and implementation activities * Participating in Installation and Test & Commissioning activities, as well as network maintenance activities remote and in the fieldAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in telecommunications5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and operating wireless networksP.
