- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes and meet production goals
- Monitor production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and on-time delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production scheduling
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Manage and mentor the manufacturing team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing facility
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of necessary materials
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvementExperience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Proficient in using manufacturing software systems for production planning and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
