You will join a team that values ownership, adaptability, and continuous improvement, with clear opportunities for growth and long-term career progression.The Impact You Will HaveAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving hiring outcomes across key business areas, with a strong focus on technology recruitment. You will directly influence the organization’s ability to attract and secure top talent in a competitive market while helping shape a more agile and delivery-focused recruitment function.What You Will Do
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
  • Handle a high-volume requisition load (approximately 20–25 roles) with a focus on timely delivery
  • Recruit primarily for technology roles (e.g., Java developers), along with select corporate positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers on recruitment strategy and execution
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Support agency management efforts, with a long-term goal of reducing external reliance
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience while balancing speed and accuracy
  • Contribute to an evolving TA function that is becoming more delivery-driven and agile
What You Will Bring
  • 4–5 years of recruitment experience
  • Background combining agency (strongly preferred), corporate, and/or RPO experience
  • Experience hiring for technology roles (working knowledge required; deep technical expertise not necessary)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive requisitions independently
  • Comfort working in environments with ambiguity and evolving processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Financial services experience is considered an asset
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion) is an asset
Work Environment
  • Location: Downtown Toronto (approximately a 10-minute walk from Union Station)
  • Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
  • Employment Type: 6-month contract with strong intent to convert to permanent
  • Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
