- Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
- Provide support during town events, including staff barbecues and meetings, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Redirect customers as needed, take messages accurately, and manage inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain organized records by performing data entry and filing tasks.
- Schedule appointments and update calendars to ensure seamless operations.
- Draft and respond to correspondence via email in a timely and clear manner.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during high-traffic periods.
- Support the team by handling additional administrative responsibilities as required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in managing a multi-line phone system.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and focused on details in challenging situations.
