Expected Salary: $25-26/hour
Responsibilities:
- Produce, refine, and adapt video content for use across digital platforms, including social media, email outreach, and internal messaging.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling, brand-aligned content for channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Assist in carrying out marketing initiatives by organizing content, timelines, and required creative assets.
- Help manage social media activity, including scheduling posts, publishing updates, and engaging with online audiences.
- Provide support in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and industry gatherings.
- Monitor and analyze performance data for content and social media activity to guide ongoing improvements.
- Integrate customer insights and feedback into marketing materials to increase relevance and overall effectiveness.
- Deliver high-quality customer support by entering and processing orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide clear, professional communication regarding order updates, delivery details, and pricing information.
- Keep both the assigned customer group and internal sales partners informed about order progress, shipping timelines, and any backorder issues.
- Place outbound calls to existing clients to confirm order details and ensure all information is correct.
- Maintain up-to-date product and technical knowledge by participating in ongoing training and development sessions.
- At least 2 years' of marketing related experience.
- Background in customer service or customer experience is considered an advantage.
- Education in marketing, communications, business, media, or a similar discipline is preferred, though relevant experience is also valued.
- Hands-on experience using video editing tools and basic content-creation software.
- Understanding of major social media platforms and general digital marketing practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a consistent brand tone.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
