- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance on technology options, system design, and implementation strategies.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and after-sales support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and corporate sectors.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to expand the client base.
- Develop sales plans and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations that clearly communicate solution benefits.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of La Scalaâs automation, A/V, lighting, and integration systems.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to position the companyâs offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution from concept to completion.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology, automation, or A/V (audio-visual) industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
