- Enjoy working directly with customers through phone, chat, screensharing and case management system.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience - software support or systems administration for enterprise-level software systems or cloud services, and/or databases such as HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 and/or web services technologies such as XML, HTTPS, and SAML.
- Experience with Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, or AIX systems.
- Experience with SAP ERP Systems would be beneficial.
- Prior customer service or customer support experience preferred.
