  • Investigate and resolve critical system issues for Enterprise level Fortune 500 companies.
  • Analyze complex, real world, unique problems; often working in production environments.

What you bringWe're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills.
  • Strong team player and collaborative mindset for a global team.
  • Enjoy working directly with customers through phone, chat, screensharing and case management system.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience - software support or systems administration for enterprise-level software systems or cloud services, and/or databases such as HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 and/or web services technologies such as XML, HTTPS, and SAML.
  • Experience with Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, or AIX systems.
  • Experience with SAP ERP Systems would be beneficial.
  • Prior customer service or customer support experience preferred.
