Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Simulation Engineer specializing in thermal and structural (FEA) sciences. In this global role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance existing simulation capabilities and develop new models for thermodynamic and structural analyses.   • Lead the development, validation, and execution of thermal and structural (FEA) simulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support new and existing product designs through advanced modeling techniques.
  • Develop and implement strategies for digitalization of the design process, integrating simulation into the overall product lifecycle.
  • Mentor and coach simulation team members, providing technical guidance and conducting regular reviews.
  • Analyze data from physical testing and simulations to validate models and improve prediction accuracy.
  • Ensure simulation practices align with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in an engineering discipline
Desired Characteristics
  • Proven experience in thermal, fluid, and structural (FEA) simulations.
  • Proficiency with simulation tools such as ANSYS, Fluent, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with data acquisition systems and analysis of experimental results.
  • Understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural mechanics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams is highly desirable.
