- Retail Management:
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience and building customer loyalty;
- Monitoring automotive inventory and making recommendations for adjustments;
- Collaborating with the local marketing team and responding to specific customer needs;
- Carrying out transactions related to the sale of used vehicles;
- Managing the merchandising of the branch (tires, battery, liquids, etc.);
- Production management:
- Ensuring smooth daily operations of the site;
- Actively participating in site operations;
- Workforce Management:
- Mobilizing and empowering your work teams;
- Conducting interviews and making final hiring decisions;
- Conducting quarterly performance review meetings with employees;
- Managing work schedules;
- Identifying and developing potential talent to create succession;
- Other:
- Managing financial and material resources;
- Ensuring the maintenance and management of the building
- Monitoring performance indicators (KPI), developing and implementing strategies and action plans to achieve objectives
- Completing reports
- You have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in customer service;
- You have a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a management role;
- You have a college or university diploma;
- You have experience in retail or automotive sales (preferred);
- You are able to empower employees;
