You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control processes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as site supervisors, accounting, and procurement teams), manage purchase requisitions, and ensure timely material distribution, and much more.You'll specifically take care of processing warranty claims and solving invoice discrepancies, but also support and promote safe practices across operations.We'll look to you for:Effective communication and customer service, both inter-departmentally and externallyExecuting reorders and liaising with accounting to resolve invoice discrepanciesExpediting purchase order deliveries to ensure continuous supplyProcessing purchase requisitions for direct and indirect procurementManaging warranty claims for new parts and repairs/returnsPromoting a culture of safety in all logistics and inventory processesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
