- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for institutional, commercial, and light?industrial projects
- Review drawings/specifications and confirm scope clarity and completeness
- Conduct quantity take?offs, cost analyses, and full pricing submissions
- Manage subcontractor outreach, qualification, and pricing evaluation
- Work closely with preconstruction and operations teams to align budgets with design and project objectives
- Support bid strategies and contribute to cost database improvements

- 7-12+ years estimating ICI projects with a general contractor
- Strong knowledge of BC market trade costs and procurement practices
- Proficiency with estimating software and digital take?off tools
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Take on a role with high visibility and influence during early project stages, supporting a builder known for quality, consistency, and solid client relationships in BC
- This role is located in Vancouver or Victoria, BC
- Salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000
