CPG Sales Representative

- Manage and grow an assigned Oshawa–Kingston sales territory
- Call on independent grocery, convenience, specialty food, and regional retail accounts
- Drive new listings, distribution gains, and shelf presence
- Execute promotions, pricing programs, flyers, and in-store activations
- Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards, planogram compliance, and product availability
- Identify new business opportunities and open new accounts
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
- Manage territory forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates
- Work closely with internal sales leadership and supply chain teams
- 2+ years of CPG sales experience, preferably in a field sales role
- Proven experience selling into independent retail channels
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Must reside in the territory
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a large geographic territory
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory
- CRM experience preferred (Salesforce or similar)
