- Provide payroll administration support such as collection, review, and entry of timesheets into Redpath systems
- Provide Human Resources support such as coordinating rotational travel, submitting employee documentation and ensure timely communication with head office
- Liaise with employees, Superintendent/Area Manager, and other members of the project team regarding training schedules, labour changes, etc.
- Receive materials and complete appropriate documentation
- Coordinate issue and tracking of Personal Protective Equipment and other supplies
- Perform receiving functions, shipping functions.
- Maintain up to date accurate filing of documents on incoming shipments
- Maintain inventory control of the warehouses and containers
- Inventory : Identify and count parts, materials and equipment
- Operate company equipment as per valid certifications and training
- Order supplies and create work orders as required
- Maintain confidentiality with respect to Redpath and client information

- Having the authority and responsibility to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- Following Redpath Canada Limited health and safety standards and systems, including the Five Point Safety System and the Cardinal Rules, and reporting any unsafe acts or conditions
- Responsible to ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment required in the performance of the work.
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration
- 2-3 years experience in Office Administration
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Word)
- MS Visio
- MS Projects
- Adobe Professional
- MS SharePoint
- MS Internet Explorer
- Fax/Photocopier Equipment
- Telephone Systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and demonstrated data-entry skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work effectively
- Ability to work with multiple department managers
- Knowledge of legal and contract terminology as related to construction and/or mining
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple requests
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic analytical experience
