- Open and update training calendars
- Communicate with customers to clarify their training needs and gather all necessary information to help them through their booking process
- Respond to all training-related requests
- Assign application specialists to various activities, taking into account their rotating schedule, location, skills, and any other particularities
- Oversee and update the master activity and availability schedule
- Perform critical cyclical tasks, including issuing training certificates, verifying specialists' travel documents, and coordinating the shipment of required equipment
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss priorities, assignments, and operational needs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools
- Be fluent in written and spoken English (a requirement)
- Communicate in a clear and professional manner
- Display good prioritization skills and be proactive
- Analyze diverse data sets with rigor and strong attention to detail
- Be a good team player
- Exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions when unexpected situations arise
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Be familiar with a CRM platform (an asset)
