- Develop and deepen relationships with key accounts-understand their challenges, anticipate their needs, and deliver impactful solutions
- Take a hands-on approach to understanding client operations through site visits, consultations, and data-driven analysis
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and emerging markets
- Build strong proposals that speak to both technical needs and business goals-then lead the negotiation process with confidence and clarity
- Collaborate across departments to ensure project delivery is seamless, timely, and aligned with expectations
- Provide proactive customer support and serve as the first point of contact for issue resolution and follow-up
- Contribute to strategic plans by evaluating new product opportunities and developing comprehensive business cases for innovation
- Proven experience in business development, key account management, or technical sales
- A strong track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Background or knowledge in mining, aviation, construction, or related heavy industries
- Experience preparing detailed tender submissions and managing end-to-end project cycles
- Solid analytical and planning abilities-you know how to turn insights into action
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; you can engage equally well in boardrooms, on-site visits, and field assessments
- Spanish or other languages are a strong asset
- Willingness and ability to travel-both regionally and internationally-as needed. 5-10 visits per year overseas
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Experience launching new products or entering new markets
- Comfort working across cultures and time zones with global clients and partners
