Manhattan WMS Techno Functional Analyst

• Exposure to multiple versions of Manhattan WMS or Manhattan Active WM.
• Basic SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, or distribution environments.
• Familiarity with Agile or ticket-based support workflows.
• Awareness of automation or material handling system integrations.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Experience supporting production systems in an operations-focused environment.
• Exposure to requirement analysis, configuration, and testing activities.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify likely root causes, and escalate appropriately.

• Provide day-to-day techno-functional support for Manhattan WMS in support of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Work closely with business users, warehouse operations, and technical teams to support system stability and enhancements.
• Execute configuration changes, issue resolution, and testing activities under established processes.
• Support critical distribution and supply chain activities with reliability and responsiveness.
• Assist in gathering and clarifying business requirements related to warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).
• Provide application support, including incident triage, issue investigation, and coordination through resolution.
• Support and validate integrations between Manhattan WMS and related systems.
• Participate in functional, integration, and regression testing for releases and fixes.
• Work with senior analysts and leads during peak operational periods and release activities.
