Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing operations and driving growth across multiple locations? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced insurance professional to oversee and support a network of approximately 12 branch managers, ensuring seamless coordination and operational excellence.The client is a rapidly growing BC based brokerage, offering services in all lines, from auto, personal lines and commercial lines.Responsibilities
In this leadership position, you will serve as the central figure in streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and fostering growth initiatives across all branches.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support multiple branch managers to ensure consistency and operational excellence
  • Develop and implement standardized workflows to improve efficiency across branches
  • Promote and support growth initiatives to expand operational capabilities
  • Act as a liaison among branches to facilitate communication and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts and strategic planning
Qualifications
  • Experience managing a large insurance office or multiple branches
  • Knowledge in all lines of insurance products
  • Level 2 license
  • Proficiency with Applied EPIC
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on scalable growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
