We are looking to add a motivated and client focused professional who is eager to build a rewarding career in insurance while contributing to a high performing team.This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing solutions, and being part of a supportive environment where long term growth is encouraged.Your Role
  • Connect with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Present and explain coverage options in a clear and confident manner
  • Develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Follow up with clients to provide ongoing support and service
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and responsive client experience
  • Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and provide appropriate recommendations
What You Bring
  • OTL Property and Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and solution oriented approach to challenges
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A team focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow
