- Perform accurate data entry across systems (majority of the role)
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, and updates while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Track and verify inventory levels and support logistics needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage daily inventory calls/orders
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply chain challenges
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or customer service (industrial/manufacturing preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, problem-solve proactively, and stay calm under pressure.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAGE X3 an asset); knowledge of HVAC is helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with cross- reference system
- This role requires comfort with a minimum of 6-7 inventory inquiry calls and 6-7 large-line-item orders daily, with occasional backlog management during peak seasons
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position
