Accounts Receivable TechnicianManage customer deductions: shortages, returns, damages, price discrepanciesAnalyze accounts receivable: credits, debits, partial payments, disputed itemsPrepare documentation for collection agentsCollaborate with internal teams (sales, finance) to validate outstanding balancesFollow up with English-speaking customers via emailHelp reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) in 2025Qualifications
Accounts Receivable TechnicianMinimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or account analysis.Comfortable with Excel (intermediate level) and able to work in English (7.5/10 proficiency).Strong analytical skills, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and good written communication.Summary
