This position involves providing exceptional customer service in a contact center environment, assisting clients with account updates, and ensuring compliance with KYC/KYB requirements. Deliver inbound and outbound support to customers over the phone in a professional manner.
Create a positive customer experience by managing inquiries, issues, and service requests promptly and effectively.
Navigate multiple systems and screens to update customer account information accurately during calls.
Conduct account reviews to identify discrepancies or missing data, following established procedures.
Document all customer interactions thoroughly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance standards, including KYC/KYB requirements.
Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain a flexible approach to workload to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Desired Skill-Set

Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Prior experience in customer service within a contact center, financial institution, or similar environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls confidently and professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to ambiguity and solve business problems efficiently.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of KYC/KYB compliance and requirements.
Banking industry experience.
