- Deliver inbound and outbound support to customers over the phone in a professional manner.
- Create a positive customer experience by managing inquiries, issues, and service requests promptly and effectively.
- Navigate multiple systems and screens to update customer account information accurately during calls.
- Conduct account reviews to identify discrepancies or missing data, following established procedures.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance standards, including KYC/KYB requirements.
- Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a flexible approach to workload to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Prior experience in customer service within a contact center, financial institution, or similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls confidently and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and solve business problems efficiently.
- Knowledge of KYC/KYB compliance and requirements.
- Banking industry experience.
