- Définir les stratégies du plan de fabrication;
- Coordonnateur de la gestion des premier répondant Andon
- Planifier et coordonner les inspections du premier article (FAI);
- Identifier les exigences de production et optimiser les processus (Éliminer la non-valeur ajoutée);
- Définir les exigences et développer le plan de fabrication tel que :
- Responsable du premier article (y compris tous les changements affectant le processus de fabrication);
- Responsable de fournir aux travailleurs de l'assemblage la feuille d'instructions de travail appropriée
- Documenter les processus d'industrialisation ;
- Planifier les activités des Méthodes et suivre les progrès;
- Participer à l'analyse comparative et aux meilleures pratiques pour assurer la progression vers la classe mondiale.
- Formation scolaire et/ou technique en aérospatiale avec environ dix (10) ans d'expérience.
- Vous avez su gérer des projets techniques pour assurer une industrialisation optimale d'un produit.
- Solides compétences relationnelles.
- Leader naturel avec de très bonnes compétences en coaching
- Leader d'expérience en résolution de problèmes

- Define the strategies of the manufacturing plan;
- Plan and co-ordinate the first article inspections (FAI);
- Coordinate andon first respond team
- Identify production requirements and optimize processes (Eliminate non-value added);
- Define requirements and develop the manufacturing plan such as:
- Training and qualifications,
- Tooling, Fabrication and assembly,
- Plant layout, environment, health & safety, ergonomics;
- Responsible for the first article (including all changes affecting the manufacturing process);
- Responsible to provide assembly workers with the proper work instruction sheet
- Document industrialization processes;
- Plan Methods activities and monitor progress;
- Participate to benchmarking and best practices to ensure progression towards world class.
- Educational and/or technical background in aerospace with approximately 5 (5) years of experience.
- You have been successful in managing technical projects to ensure optimal industrialization of a product.
- Strong inter-relationship skills.
- Natural leader with very good coaching skills
- Experience leader in problem solving
- This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.
