
Compliance Manager

- Monitor incoming claims during work hours
- Distribute Emergency and General Assignments via Xactimate to Project Managers
- Manage incoming work from various channels and assign accordingly
- Set up new assignments in internal systems
- Ensure adherence to insurance program guidelines (timelines, OH&P, line items, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in all systems
- Track job start and completion dates
- Ensure emergency assignments meet 12- or 24-hour reporting requirements
- Review and upload estimates within required timelines
- Handle email notifications from Adjusters and forward to Project Managers
- Communicate with Adjusters and internal teams regarding assignments
- Oversee program compliance and communicate updates to the team
- Generate activity and action item reports
- Ensure all required documentation is signed and properly filed
- Maintain professional conduct in all client-facing interactions
- Build positive relationships with clients, insurance partners, and vendors
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations
- Follow company safety and workplace policies
- Provide coverage for other administrative roles as needed
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in computer systems and quick to learn new software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills
