- Promote and educate about natural health care products to existing and prospective clients primarily in person, occasionally via phone and video calls
- Identify and qualify prospective clients
- Educate and train various Health Care Professionals (Family Doctors, Naturopathic Doctors, Nurse Practitioners etc) and specialized Retailers (Health food stores, pharmacies) about products and their benefits for patients
- Present research and case studies to customers
- Independently manage your “territory” according to company policy
- Occasionally participate in trade shows, seminars and workshops
- Perform other duties as required
- 3 - 5 years B2B sales experience in a Health Care environment
- Understanding of health care industry and interest in natural remedies
- Proven sales record of premium and / or self-pay products
- Outgoing personality and highly self-motivated
- Structured work attitude
- Familiar with working in a small and dynamic team, Ability to integrate into a team, taking directions well
- Customer service orientation and teamwork skills
- Able to multi-task and set priorities
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Interest in Health / Wellness is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, CRM System) and passionate about learning
