- Processing full-cycle payroll on a semi-monthly basis
- Maintaining and updating employee personal and payroll records
- Handling employee onboarding and terminations in payroll systems
- Reconciling payroll data and assisting with payroll-related journal entries
- Managing employee benefits setup and payroll deductions
- Preparing payroll reports and supporting year-end processes, including T4s
- Responding to employee payroll and HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and complete information flow
- You have 2–5 years of payroll experience
- You have experience processing hourly and commission-based payroll
- You're comfortable with payroll reconciliations and getting into the details
- You're known for strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- You have good organizational and time-management skills in a deadline-driven environment
- You're a clear communicator with a collaborative working style
- You bring a positive attitude, accountability, and a desire to grow professionally
- You have expertise in Reynolds & Reynolds
- You hold a PCP designation, or are working towards it
- You have strong Excel skills and experience supporting payroll-related reporting and compliance
