- Salary: $46.00/hr shift premiums $0.85/hr (3pm-11pm) $1.35/hr (11pm-7am)
- Schedule: 12 hour rotating swing shift (2 weeks on days; 2 weeks on nights)

- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild corrugated manufacturing machinery
- Perform maintenance and repairs on pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components
- Complete preventive and corrective maintenance work orders in a timely manner
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Participate in planned maintenance shutdowns, installations, and equipment upgrades
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with production, maintenance team members, and union representatives
- Perform duties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the collective agreement
- Valid Inter-Provincial Red Seal Millwright Certificate
- Minimum five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience (corrugated or packaging industry experience preferred)
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment considered an asset
- Ability to work a rotating 3-shift schedule
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Welding experience considered an asset
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
