- Design, build, QA, and launch personalized experiences using Adobe Target and Marketo Engage to support campaign execution across digital touchpoints.
- Analyze user behavior, audience segments, and performance data to uncover actionable insights that inform personalization strategies across digital channels (Email, Web, Chat).
- Translate data driven insights into recommendations that improve how personalized experiences are delivered to key audience segments.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of personalization initiatives, continuously refining experiences based on data-driven learnings.
- Manage multiple personalization initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure accurate measurement, reporting, and alignment with business goals.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Adobe Target or a similar web optimization tool (e.g. Optimizely or Google Optimize)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Target, including activity creation, QA, and publishing.
- Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and web optimization tactics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to support analysis and reporting of personalization performance
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo Engage) to support execution of personalized campaigns and audience segmentation
- Experience with automation and scalable testing documentation.
- Knowledge of emerging personalization technologies and trends.
- Background in working with external vendors for digital campaign measurement.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for delivery issues and testing frameworks.
- Experience in developing testing frameworks to ensure quality and consistency.
- Having knowledge of the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
