
Consultant - HCM Testing

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and HR stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management, Learning, Offboarding).
- Validate end-to-end HR lifecycle processes and ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools.
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in testing, preferably in HCM or ERP systems (e.g., Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle and associated business processes.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
