Job Description

Offrir une expérience clientèle en faisant preuve de diligence et de courtoisie.
Aider à l’équilibrage du tiroir-caisse. Transférer la clientèle aux employés de la banque en mesure de lui donner les conseils voulus ou de résoudre ses problèmes.
Préparer des règlements et des lots d’opérations quotidiens efficaces.
Repérer les occasions de donner des conseils sur des produits sans frais à la clientèle en fonction des besoins cernés.
