- Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciling accounts and analyzing discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.
- Conduct financial and variance analysis to help identify trends and support process improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate across teams to provide financial expertise and support broad company initiatives.
- Assist with tax return preparation and coordinate with external auditors during audits.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- CPA designation or close to completion.
- Minimum 3 years' of relevant experience.
- Public practice experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of actionable insights.
